Get to Know This Role The Stagehand Hospitality Support is a position whose responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting our concerts, Sierra Nevada company events, private fundraisers, and Produced Marketing Events. Responsibilities include hospitality execution, guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guest performers. This position, reporting to the Onsite Events Supervisor, will play a vital role in facilitating equipment load-in and load-out, assist with cable management, assist with the execution of stage setup via diagrams, and provide assistance with backline and stage production as required. We’re committed to our employees and work hard to prove it. For starters, we’re offering $16.74 to $25.86 hourly compensation for this role. Individual offers are based on skills, experience, and qualifications, and geographical location. What You Will Do

Assist with the setup, placement, and maintenance of stage equipment, including instruments, cables, microphones, speakers, lighting fixtures, and special effects devices. Prepare the hospitality suite to host guest performers on the day of the show, maintain cleanliness and organization post-event. Deliver exceptional hospitality to guest performers, encompassing tasks such as restocking refreshments, coordinating food orders, and accommodating reasonable requests. Maintain effective communication and follow through on any concerns, comments, or needs presented by performers or team members. Continuously offer feedback and conduct operational reviews to identify issues, areas of concern, and opportunities for enhancement. Actively participate in daily, weekly, monthly trainings and operational updates to ensure up-to-date knowledge. Ensure all equipment, tools, and working areas are safe, clean, well maintained, and in proper working condition. Follow and enforce all SNBC policies and local/state laws and regulations regarding responsible alcohol service. Uphold standards which exceed regulatory industry standards for health code, quality, and cleanliness. Qualifications

1 year experience in live audio production/concert required 1 year service industry experience preferred A pattern of regular, prompt, dependable attendance required Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to handle the pressures of coordinating a wide range of activities while still delivering superior service Professional written and verbal communication skills Basic computer knowledge, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Demonstrated attention to detail, with the ability to manage several priorities and apply appropriate judgment Must be skilled in time management Additional Considerations Before Applying
