LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established organization in the Commercial Real Estate sector, located in Bergen County, NJ, to hire a Senior Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a steady, detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a collaborative, small-team environment and is looking to contribute meaningfully to a growing department. Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities within the real estate portfolio Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow tracking Support monthly and quarterly close processes Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data Take initiative in identifying process improvements and maintaining internal controls Ideal Candidate Profile
3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a small team Proactive, communicative, and dependable Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with structured on-site days Experience with Yardi is a plus, but not required Benefits
