As Tax Accountant, you will play a critical part in the quarterly and annual income tax provision process under ASC 740. You will work closely with global finance teams to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in reporting. This role offers exposure to both US federal and international tax provision work, with the opportunity to collaborate across departments and influence process improvements. Responsibilities

Prepare and review components of the quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740 Assist with calculation of effective tax rate, uncertain tax positions, valuation allowances, and deferred tax balances Work closely with external auditors to support tax provision and financial statement reporting Collaborate with finance and tax teams globally to gather data and reconcile provision-to-return differences Assist in process improvements and automation of provision workflows, enhancing efficiency and accuracy Support special projects including M&A transactions, restructuring, and tax planning initiatives as needed What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or progress toward CPA preferred 1-3+ years of experience in income tax provision and ASC 740 reporting, ideally from a mix of public accounting and corporate tax Strong technical understanding of US GAAP income tax accounting Experience with tax provision software such as OneSource Tax Provision or similar Excellent analytical skills with the ability to explain complex tax issues clearly Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple deadlines Why This Opportunity Stands Out
