As a Sales Executive In House (Japanese-Speaking), you will be responsible for presenting the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to our owners and potential owners to generate maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.

Schedule Our resort operates 7 days a week. Shift starts between 8:00am and 8:30am and ends when presentations conclude. Final presentation reservation time is 2:00pm. The first two weeks include paid training; after training, a 5-day work schedule is assigned based on business needs.
Responsibilities
Welcome clients and present Hilton Grand Vacations Club ownership products to potential buyers.
Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest-related issues.
Attend sales training and meetings for product information and updates.
Apply selling concepts promoted at Hilton Grand Vacations.
Use multiple channels (email, phone, online/virtual, written) to work with Guests and Owners.
Perform follow-up interactions to complete online sales using HGV technology and inventory guidelines.
Generate referral leads with each new customer.
Promote a positive work environment and uphold Hilton Grand Vacations core values and policies.
Work well in a team environment.
Qualifications What we are looking for:
Valid Hawaii Real Estate license
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Fluency in Japanese (reading/writing/speaking) and proficiency in English
Minimum one year of proven sales experience
Ability to resolve complex customer service issues
Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years of timeshare/vacation ownership experience preferred
Two years of experience negotiating and closing high-end sales
Two years of Hilton Grand Vacations family experience
