Schedule Details Our Sales Office operates 7 days a week. Your workday will start at 7:30am–7:45am and end when client interaction is complete. Paid training is provided for your first 2 weeks. A 5-day working schedule will be assigned following training based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential owners and present luxury vacation products, providing an avenue to build future vacation memories.

Sell Hilton brand Vacation Ownership concepts to customers visiting the sales gallery and onboard new customers.

Follow up with customers via phone, email, written communication, and in-person when required to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with the Client Relations team to resolve customer issues and drive customer happiness.

Participate in sales trainings and meetings to stay current on products and strategies.

Generate referral leads with each new customer.

Promote a positive team environment and implement HGV core values and policies.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with a demonstrated ability to close sales.

Valid/Active Hawaii Real Estate License.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in Japanese and proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).

High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

2+ years of timeshare/vacation ownership or luxury sales experience.

2+ years of Hilton Grand Vacations experience.
