The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking a Senior Attorney to represent and advise various programs within the department.
Job Duties:
The Senior Attorney will provide legal assistance to the Division of Plant Industry and the Division of Animal Industry. Renders requested legal advice and counsel to the Commissioner and department employees. Handles complex cases in trial and appellate courts, as well as administrative proceedings. Conducts legal research and prepares contracts, leases, and other legal instruments. Minimum Requirements:
Admission to the Florida Bar and two years of professional experience in the practice of law. Benefits:
