Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Global Payroll Specialist
to manage and process payroll across multiple countries and platforms. This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll operations for our global workforce. The ideal candidate will be fluent in navigating systems such as
Cloudpay ,
ADP TotalSource , and
Rippling , and will bring deep expertise in international payroll regulations and practices.
Key Responsibilities
Process and validate payroll across multiple jurisdictions, including UAE, UK, France, Italy, USA, Norway, and Brazil
Manage payroll operations using Cloudpay, ADP TotalSource, and Rippling, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and local teams to gather and verify payroll inputs (e.g., new hires, terminations, bonuses, deductions)
Ensure compliance with country-specific labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements
Reconcile payroll reports, audit variances, and support month-end and year-end close processes
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxation, and payslips with professionalism and discretion
Maintain accurate documentation and support internal and external audits
Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve payroll workflows and system integrations
Stay current on global payroll trends, legislative changes, and best practices
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in global payroll processing across multiple countries
Hands-on experience with Cloudpay, ADP TotalSource, and Rippling (required)
Strong understanding of international payroll compliance, including social security, tax, and labor laws
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality
Proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting tools
Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones and cultures
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Portuguese, Spanish) are a plus
