What will you do?

As an experienced

process safety professional , your expertise is vital in helping us protect people, assets, and the environment – making you an essential part of our mission. With expertise on Process Safety Management (PSM), you will lead PSM / Operational Risk Management (ORM) transformation programs, aiming at identifying, designing, and implementing effective solutions that impact from the board room to the shop floor. You will develop and lead project teams to help clients establish and implement robust transformation programs that are embedded within the client environment, building organizational capabilities to sustain process safety performance. Responsibilities will include: Build and implement client solutions in PSM/ORM that fit the client context, culture and business environment to proactively manage risks, be outcome-focused, and ensure client requirements are met or exceeded. Work across the client’s business portfolio and value chain, determining when to deep dive into technical operations on the process line or shop floor to enhance operational risk management and client value. Collaborate with senior executives to identify process risk scenarios affecting business goals and performance; communicate across diverse client stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and operational/maintenance leaders, facilitating decisions on process safety outcomes, identifying issues and risks, and coordinating with the project team to evaluate solutions and maximize project success. Contribute to thought leadership on Asset Integrity methodologies and mentor junior colleagues; participate in networks to develop and share best practices. Who are you?

You are a recognized

process safety professional

with extensive experience applying process safety principles in operational environments. Your experience and expertise include: Strong knowledge and practical experience in applying and facilitating a wide range of process safety transformation programs. Broad understanding of operational risk management and how different management and operations elements are linked for effective process safety and operations performance. Ability to deliver training and executive coaching sessions to senior executives to build capabilities. Effective leadership skills to drive project execution in complex environments. Proven track record in relevant highly-hazard/heavy manufacturing industries (e.g., oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, metal processing). Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent (MSc or MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in asset integrity, maintenance or engineering. Fluent in English (additional languages a plus). Willingness to travel extensively. A Bit More About Us
