At Bachus & Schanker, the HR Generalist / Recruiter role is pivotal to sustaining excellence at scale. You will be the architect of our talent pipeline and building the onboarding, benefits, and HR fundamentals that enable teams to deliver for clients. What you’ll do: Full-Cycle Recruiting:

Lead all recruiting efforts with a focus on attorney and litigation paralegal recruiting with a clear priority on litigation. Proactive Sourcing & Pipelines:

Headhunt using LinkedIn Recruiter, map target firms, build relationships with law schools and universities, coordinate on-campus events, and develop early-talent pipelines with inclusive outreach. Onboarding:

Build role-specific onboarding plans for attorneys, litigation paralegals, and intake. HR Operations:

Support benefits, communicate policies, maintain accurate records and HRIS data, ensure compliance, manage offboarding, and handle employee inquiries with discretion and urgency. Culture & Engagement:

Partner with department leaders to strengthen team connection and engagement. Employer Brand & Postings:

Keep postings current and visible, coordinate recruiting events and career fairs, and engage professional associations to expand candidate reach. Reporting & Cadence:

Maintain weekly dashboards for funnel health, time-to-fill, and onboarding metrics, and present clear insights and actions to the Director of Human Resources and Chief Operating Officer. Onsite Engagement:

Thrives in an onsite role where daily collaboration with colleagues and hands-on support to team members and leadership are essential to success. What we’re looking for: Experience:

Three or more years in recruiting, ideally in a law firm or legal search, with hands-on attorney and litigation recruiting. Law Firm Fluency:

Background in personal injury or litigation-heavy environments is a plus, with comfort supporting high-volume, trial-ready teams. Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable with Office 365, Windows 11, ATS and HRIS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Talent Hunting Mindset:

Proven success with outbound sourcing, market mapping, and relationship-building with law schools, universities, and professional groups. Organization and Project Management:

Exceptional organization, confidentiality, and responsiveness, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast, litigation-paced setting. Communication:

Clear, concise communicator who adapts messaging to the audience, sets expectations, and keeps stakeholders aligned. Interpersonal Skills:
