We are a personal-injury leader dedicated to justice for injury victims, with a statewide presence and the resources to pursue tough cases.
Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead all recruiting efforts with a focus on attorney and litigation paralegal recruiting.
Proactive Sourcing & Pipelines: Headhunt using LinkedIn Recruiter, map target firms, build relationships with law schools and universities, and develop early-talent pipelines.
Onboarding: Build role-specific onboarding plans for attorneys, litigation paralegals, and intake.
HR Operations: Support benefits, communicate policies, maintain accurate records and HRIS data, ensure compliance, and handle employee inquiries with discretion and urgency.
Culture & Engagement: Partner with department leaders to strengthen team connection and engagement.
Employer Brand & Postings: Keep postings current and visible, coordinate recruiting events and career fairs, and engage professional associations to expand candidate reach.
Reporting & Cadence: Maintain weekly dashboards for funnel health, time-to-fill, and onboarding metrics.
Onsite Engagement: Thrive in an onsite role where daily collaboration with colleagues and hands-on support to team members and leadership are essential to success.
What we're looking for
Experience: Three or more years in recruiting, ideally in a law firm or legal search.
Law Firm Fluency: Background in personal injury or litigation-heavy environments is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Office 365, Windows 11, ATS and HRIS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Talent Hunting Mindset: Proven success with outbound sourcing, market mapping, and relationship-building.
Organization and Project Management: Exceptional organization, confidentiality, and responsiveness.
Communication: Clear, concise communicator who adapts messaging to the audience.
Interpersonal Skills: Builds strong relationships across teams, collaborates effectively with managers and candidates, and handles sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
