Serve as the onshore functional lead for the HCM workstream, focusing on Talent and Learning Collaborate with the GDC team on daily activities, incidents, and root cause analysis Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as needed Maintain the Workday platform, focusing on reporting, business process maintenance, and security administration Lead a team of Workday consultants across multiple engagements while ensuring timely project deliverables What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Certification in Workday HCM & Workday Talent/Learning is mandatory Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Workday HCM Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to multitask and solve complex incidents How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
