Lead the HCM workstream for assigned accounts in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking Apply and execute various AMS & Implementation methodologies in engagements Collaborate with teams on day-to-day activities, incidents, and root cause analysis Maintain the Workday platform with a focus on reporting, business processes, and data audits Drive continuous business process improvements and ensure timely project deliverables Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Certification in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Payroll, Absence, & Time Tracking Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good analytical skills with the ability to solve complex incidents Preferred Qualifications
