Payroll Specialist
for their high-volume, multi-state payroll operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in spreadsheets, is meticulous with timekeeping, and has knowledge of union rules and requirements. You will be the go-to person for collecting, reviewing, and preparing payroll data to be submitted to the corporate office. Base pay range

Onsite Responsibilities
Process weekly payroll for union employees across various trades within a specific division Manage and reconcile large volumes of timekeeping data using Excel and payroll/time entry systems Prepare and submit division payroll to the corporate office on tight deadlines Ensure compliance with multiple union agreements, including correct wages, fringes, and deductions Support the field and job sites by verifying timecards, job codes, and labor allocations Generate and maintain detailed payroll accounting reports including certified payroll and job cost transfers Handle wage adjustments, per diem, reimbursements, and union-related pay items Participate in audits, process reviews, and occasional system upgrades Serve as a resource for union payroll questions and assist with mentoring junior team members Qualifications
3–4+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a union or construction environment Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup, imports/exports) Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems (e.g., CMiC, Viewpoint, ADP, COINS, or similar) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines Strong communication skills and ability to work with both field teams and corporate staff High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred What’s In It For You
