A respected Nashville law firm is seeking to add an experienced Real Estate Attorney to their team. Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) Opportunities for career growth and client development within a supportive environment Hybrid flexibility may be available depending on firm and client needs Job Details Responsibilities Represent clients in real estate acquisitions, sales, financings, leasing, and development projects Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related contracts Provide counsel on zoning, land use, and title matters Advise on entity formation and joint ventures related to real estate transactions Collaborate with lenders, developers, landlords, tenants, and corporate clients across a range of real estate matters Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school; active license to practice law in Tennessee (or ability to waive in) 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions (additional experience welcome) Strong drafting and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple matters independently while working as part of a team Excellent communication and client-service skills Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
