$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other transaction documents. Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including in-depth title and survey review. Manage commercial real estate closings and advise clients throughout the transaction lifecycle. Handle legal aspects of real estate financing for both lenders and borrowers. Assist with zoning, land use, and development matters. What You\'ll Bring (Qualifications)
J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar. 2-5 years of direct experience in a commercial real estate practice.
