Senior Recruitment Consultant - Manhattan Technology Finance B2B Marketing Data / Product Permanent People are currently working with an established international staffing agency, based in Manhattan, who are looking to hire experienced, full desk/360 recruitment professionals. What the role involves? Building new relationships with external clients and candidates through sales activity Identifying clients hiring requirements and supporting them to find the right talent Working in a sales, targeted environment Sourcing potential candidates through various channels e.g. professional networks, job boards, social media Screening and interviewing candidates to assess hard and soft skillsets Supporting and advising clients and candidates during the recruitment process Managing interview processes, feedback and offer stages Conducting contract negotiations with personnel decision-makers Experience Needed You will have at least 1.5 years 360/full desk recruitment agency experience This will ideally be from one of the following sectors:
Technology, Finance, Engineering, Sales, B2B Marketing, Data / Product Have a network within NYC / East Coast Strong skills in business development and candidate generation Energy to deliver a first class recruitment service Be able to evidence a successful billing past Be living in the NYC area
– note this is an office based recruitment role What's on offer?
