Exposure to middle/upper-market staffing. Open to : Experienced or green recruiters (if coachable with grit). Local Dallas talent preferred (hybrid: 1 day in-office, possibly 2). Compensation & Incentives Billings expectation : $350K+ annually. Earnings potential : 20+ searches/year = ~$300K personal earnings. Commissions : Tiered structure, paid twice monthly. Training trips Lunch provided on in-office days. Full benefits, strong training, supportive admin. Interview Process 30–45 min video call with each of the 3 partners. Coffee/lunch meeting.
