We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Litigator to join our high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase skills in an environment that values innovation and teamwork. The ideal candidate will handle complex real estate disputes and provide expert legal advice to clients. This role requires professionalism, strong problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of real estate law. Responsibilities
Actively manage and oversee all phases of real estate litigation, including discovery, depositions, negotiations, settlements, and trial. Provide expert legal advice to clients on real estate matters, including transactions, disputes, property rights, and construction issues. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts related to real estate transactions. Represent clients in court and before government agencies, demonstrating strong oral and written advocacy skills. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and provide accurate legal guidance. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent client service and satisfaction. Collaborate with legal team members to develop effective litigation and dispute-resolution strategies. Keep up-to-date with changes in real estate law and industry trends to provide the most relevant advice to clients. Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Experience in real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant disputes and lender defense. Active member of the state bar in good standing. Proven track record of successfully litigating real estate cases. Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex disputes. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and effectively. Strong research and analytical abilities with keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Proficiency with legal research software and related tools.
