Legal Recruiter | Trueline | Legal Recruiting A law firm in Encinitas, CA seeks a Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience specialized in real estate litigation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully handling a range of real estate disputes and will be well-versed in all stages of litigation. Responsibilities
Represent clients in all phases of real estate litigation, including case assessment, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal Develop litigation strategies and lead negotiations to resolve disputes favorably Conduct research and provide legal guidance on complex real estate laws and transactions Draft and review legal documents relating to real estate transactions and litigation Actively participate in the firm’s business development efforts. Leverage and cultivate new client relationships, generate business leads and contribute to the firm’s overall revenue growth by strategically engaging with PNCs and referral sources. Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar Licensed to practice in the state of California with at least 4-5 years of experience in real estate litigation Open to absorbing an existing book of business, however, not required Excellent analytical, communication, and advocacy skills Strong drafting and writing skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to client service Proven ability to work independently Desire for continuous learning and professional growth Passion for community engagement and building relationships Prior experience working in a remote setting Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience (ranging from $140K to $175K) Opportunity to earn commissions on originated matters and other bonuses available Business Development stipend to support networking, conferences & client outreach Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401K with matching Remote position, will never move to hybrid or a return to brick and mortar office 1500-1800 flexible billable hours per year Team collaboration on matters, paralegal support provided Clear path to become a firm equity shareholder, clear KPIs to maintain shares If you are a motivated and experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney looking to take the next step in your career we want to hear from you.
