Metrocare’s Altshuler Center for Education & Research advances mental health while supporting the state workforce. Hours: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm, may include evening and weekend hours depending on task. General Description

The General Revenue (GR) Team Lead provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to a team of Service Coordinators (SC), ensuring compliance with state IDD authority functions. The role supports a collaborative, quality, gender-responsive, trauma-informed approach to individuals experiencing serious mental illness, developmental disabilities, and co-occurring disorders. Responsibilities

Provide supervision, training, and support to Service Coordinators. Monitor compliance with policies, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes when necessary. Ensure timely completion and submission of required documentation (e.g., Person Centered Planning, Service Documentation, Service Authorizations) per Texas Administrative Code (TAC), HHSC Performance Contract, and GR Billing requirements. Monitor staff benchmarks and appropriateness of assigned GR cases. Ensure all GR referrals are assigned and contacted within identified time frames. Participate in ARD meetings and community fairs. Provide coverage for Service Coordinator responsibilities during vacancies or as needed. Ensure crisis referrals are contacted and connected to services within 48 hours. Identify community living options, services, and supports to promote community living. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a social, behavioral, or human service field (e.g., psychology, social work, nursing, counseling, sociology, etc.). Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field. At least two years of supervisory or management experience. Four years’ experience coordinating or providing services to individuals with IDD. Driving

required: Yes Mathematical, Reasoning, and Computer Skills Basic math skills; ability to work with reports and numbers. Ability to apply common sense to simple instructions and handle standard situations. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; ability to use the Internet for resources. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Current State Driver License (or license in your state; must obtain Texas license within 3 months if relocating). Liability insurance required if driving personally or Center vehicle; must have acceptable driving record.
