Boston, Massachusetts Primary Responsibilities

Establish trusted relationships with physicians, staff, community, and patients/caregivers; actively support Metro Boston Hospital leadership and HR leaders. Collaborate with BILH HR leadership and stakeholders to develop and execute growth strategies that differentiate BILH and provide high-quality academic care. Recruit and retain outstanding clinical and administrative leaders committed to the Metro Boston Hospitals. Promote cohesion and unity across Metro Boston Hospitals to realize benefits of an integrated health system. Support and lead a culture of collaboration and trust among leadership and medical staff. Lead with a system mindset that embraces transformation and change. Partner with the hospital president and local HR leadership to drive key human capital initiatives and business results. Coordinate with CoEs to ensure HR initiatives and programs align with strategic goals across the system. Provide strategic, creative, and collaborative leadership across the division. Drive change management in partnership with CoEs and leadership, articulating needs and developing transition plans. Promote a WE CARE culture characterized by open, honest, and direct communication. Foster a culture of respect and belonging; develop and implement efforts that prioritize collaboration and career satisfaction. Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Establish credibility and listen effectively to stakeholders at all levels to solve problems. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Experience in an integrated health system, ideally within a competitive marketplace. Proficiency in influencing, consensus-building, leadership, stakeholder management, and navigating regulatory environments. 5–8 years of HR generalist experience across multiple disciplines and 5–8 years of supervisory/management experience. Strong project management skills with a track record of leading large, complex projects and delivering high-quality end-user HR services. Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, and consulting skills; ability to influence at senior levels. Knowledge of HR functions, policies, regulations, and relevant laws. Advanced skills with Microsoft applications and other web-based tools for document creation, analysis, and database maintenance. Beth Israel Lahey Health is an equal opportunity employer.
