to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator who is passionate about representing employees and advocating for workplace fairness. Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of employment law cases, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. Manage cases from intake through trial or resolution, with a strong focus on client communication and case strategy. Conduct discovery, depositions, and motion practice. Collaborate with a skilled team of attorneys dedicated to advancing employee rights. Represent clients before federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active New York Bar license in good standing. 4+ years of experience
in employment litigation, preferably on the plaintiff side. Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases independently. Passion for employee advocacy and commitment to justice in the workplace. Why Join This Firm
