Overview

Japanese company is seeking a bilingual (Japanese-English) Administrative & HR Coordinator to support its U.S. office. This position covers a variety of back-office tasks including administration, HR, accounting support, and logistics coordination. Ideal for someone proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a small office setting. What You’ll Do

Manage daily office operations (supplies, vendors, facilities) Support HR tasks: onboarding, timesheets, employee support, insurance correspondence Coordinate shipments and inventory with logistics team Assist with basic accounting tasks and liaise with Japan HQ/local accountant Provide support to Japan expats (interpretation, logistics, travel, scheduling) Contribute to cross-functional projects and events What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of admin/back-office experience (internships considered) Japanese and English bilingual (business level) Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and responsible, able to work independently Interest in Japanese corporate culture Details

Base pay range: $52,000.00/yr - $67,000.00/yr Employment type: Full-time Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
