In this role, Ad Tech Account Executives are subject matter experts of multiple products within the Amazon AdTech Suite. They focus on accelerating tech feature activation and usage—which improve campaign planning, activation, and measurement—as an enabler to drive media growth and tech revenue fueled by our AdTech flywheel. The role involves selling features, products, or an entire suite of products to optimize the advertising process (examples include Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon DSP, APIs, and AWS components). They collaborate with internal Advertising and AWS sales teams to develop strategic customer plans to grow programmatic media investment through adoption of Amazon’s Ad Tech suite. They possess a deep understanding of the AdTech / Mar Tech industry and regulations to advise which products address each customer’s main needs and challenges. They communicate benefits of investing in Amazon Marketing Cloud, including insights of customers and measuring durability amid identity shifts, or developing custom models to evaluate customer lifetime value. They play a strategic role in the overall growth of the Amazon Ads business. Basic Qualifications
3+ years of B2B sales experience Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software Knowledge of ad technologies (e.g. DMP, CRM Matching, etc.) Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of digital ad sales as an individual contributor Deep understanding of programmatic ad tech industry and marketing automation Proven ability to excel in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment Exceptional project management, written, and verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience working creatively and analytically to meet business and customer needs, leveraging data as a narrative Demonstrated effectiveness working collaboratively across internal teams to build processes and scale knowledge Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
