Job Summary The team is responsible for new business revenue generation monthly and works to achieve these results at both individual and team levels. Account Executives receive extensive training in Salesforce, sales process management, business development and more. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Build a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industries. Work with clients to understand insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk. Compensation Summary The first year’s earnings potential ranges from $53,000 - $90,000, varying based on performance. Compensation includes uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year, with renewal commissions providing passive earnings. Top performers may qualify for an annual President’s Club trip. Compensation package varies by agency.
