This remote role covers the Southern U.S. (NM, TX, OK, AR, LA) and will be based in a major metro in Texas, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, or New Orleans. You’ll manage key accounts, grow the territory, and work closely with customers and channel partners to deliver innovative solutions. Expect regular travel to customer sites, industry events, and company headquarters. What You’ll Do
Lead regional sales growth and strengthen customer partnerships. Serve as a trusted advisor to utilities, industrial clients, and distributors. Uncover opportunities, secure product approvals, and expand market share. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth quoting, fulfillment, and support. Share customer insights that influence new product development. Represent the company at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Must currently reside in a major metro in Texas, or in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, or New Orleans. Track record of success selling complex industrial/electrical B2B products (IOU/municipal/co-op electric utility experience strongly preferred). Ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders with confidence. Strong organizational, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and virtual collaboration platforms. Willingness to travel ~50% (mostly in Texas, ~25% overnight) plus occasional company HQ and event travel.
