VP of Sales
with existing relationships with IOUs and electrical co-ops, and experience building out a sales organization to scale this platform to a nationwide level. What You’ll Do
Leverage IOU and Coop relationships to secure new business opportunities with electric cooperatives, IOUs, municipalities, and private contractors Travel regionally to meet prospects and clients, nurture existing relationships, build new ones, and identify upcoming needs Collaborate with operations to develop practical, field-ready proposals and bids Recruit and lead an outbound sales team and develop strategies to position Arrowhead Line as a trusted partner in the utility services sector Represent Arrowhead at industry events, regional association meetings, and client site visits Maintain a deep understanding of project cycles, utility procurement processes, and field constraints to ensure realistic and competitive offerings What We're Looking For
Minimum of
15 years of experience
in the powerline or utility services industry Extensive utility relationships with leaders at IOUs and electrical co-ops Proven experience in
sales, business development, or client relations Comfortable managing relationships across technical field teams and executive-level decision-makers Ability and willingness to
travel regularly
throughout Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, and surrounding areas Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills Deep familiarity with electric cooperatives, investor-owned utilities, and their purchasing processes Why Arrowhead
