GVS Group has over 30 years of experience and is a leading manufacturer of filters for Medical, Laboratory, Automotive, Appliance, Safety and Building Filtration sectors. The Territory Sales Manager for Texas is responsible for managing the Texas sales territory. You will work closely with distribution, be the point of contact for customers, provide training, initiate product launches and be accountable for sales growth in your territory. You will collaborate with the Sales Director to ensure GVS values are carried through to distributors while focusing on establishing GVS as a provider of Personal Safety Equipment for End Users in Abrasive Blasting, Manufacturing, Health Care, Life Sciences and Metal Industries. You are expected to provide superior service and support to Authorized Distributors and Contractors with the objective of increasing sales volumes, building distributor loyalty, expanding GVS market share and encouraging distributors to purchase new product ranges as they become available.

Core activities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals

Visit and develop business with distributors and end users

Provide forecast through CRM

Analyze market to determine customer needs, prices, and discounts

Represent the company at trade shows and associations to promote GVS solutions

Train distributors and end users on our solutions

Analyze and control expenses according to budget and policies

Provide monthly sales reports

Monitor and evaluate activities and products of the competition

Present new product ideas for sales growth

Handle customer complaints and requests

Who we are looking for

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college

5+ years of PPE sales experience

Customer-related experience in the PPE industry (ideally respiratory protection)

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree

Engineering experience in the air respiratory field
