The Role Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organization and instrumental to the companys strategic growth objectives. You will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite, spanning the intersection between complex Business and IT customer solutions, transformations that impact across the entire customer ecosystem. As a Consult Partner, you will drive profitable growth, leverage our comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships, and lead your team to success. This role requires a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. Your leadership will foster talent development and innovation within the organization. This role will lead the overall client engagement and deliver high quality client work alongside senior client stakeholders. Work in a transaction environment which may be pre or post deal, planning post deal implementation, and ultimately supporting execution. Partners will focus on financial impact, utilization and contribution, client impact and leadership. Responsibilities
Contribute to profitable growth: Drive signings and revenue targets, manage margin expectations and backlog growth, identify and pursue a pipeline of opportunities, and undertake scoping and fee negotiation with profitability and risk awareness. Client engagement: Build and maintain relationships with client CXOs, lead C-level interactions and consulting initiatives, and deliverables and outputs of deal engagements; advise on complex consulting engagements; enhance client satisfaction and secure client references (measured by NPS and new relationship development). Operational excellence: Achieve utilization targets and oversee delivery of complex engagements to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction. Leadership, management and people: Lead by example, foster a culture of continuous development, encourage curiosity and innovation, and ensure outcomes are commercially focused and value-additive. Strategic contribution: Shape and drive the company’s strategic initiatives; align with Kyndryl’s vision; drive external eminence and thought leadership; proactively develop intellectual capital. Qualifications
10+ years' experience and a proven track record in consulting with a regional or global Big 4 firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC) or boutique firms, with delivery and business development success in CPG and/or retail. Continuous learning mindset with ability to understand client business insights, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to enable Kyndryl solutions. History combining consulting, selling, implementation, and managed services; experience delivering workshops, assessments, strategies, roadmaps, designs, and deployment plans. Proven record of creating and executing client transformation programs to drive strategies, optimization, and modernization; ability to relate with executive stakeholders. Ability to communicate at all organizational levels and to present solutions that drive transformation and growth across a broad range of stakeholders. Industry expertise in Manufacturing & Energy, including distribution, transmission/transportation, generation, distributed generation, and renewables submarkets. Knowledge across technology and business trends, market dynamics, competition, and peer activities; ability to shape large, multi-competency deals across Kyndryl practices (Cloud, Core Enterprise & zCloud, Network and Edge, Applications, Data & AI, Security and Resilience, Digital Workplace Services) and Kyndryl alliances. The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $151,560 to $272,760 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary by geography, skills and experience. For part-time roles, compensation will be adjusted accordingly. The pay range will not be below any applicable wage requirements. There are different compensation ranges for the following locations: California: $166,680 to $327,240 Colorado: $151,560 to $272,760 New York City: $181,800 to $327,240 Washington: $166,680 to $300,120 Washington DC: $166,680 to $300,120 This position is eligible for Kyndryl discretionary annual bonus program based on performance and subject to plan terms. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. If this is a sales commission eligible role, you may participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
