We are looking for a goal-oriented B2B Sales Manager for winning, maintaining, and expanding all customer relationships within the assigned territory. Your role will include supporting company’s ongoing sales and growth opportunities by developing customer accounts and supporting customer business. You will be responsible for understanding the overall sales strategy and implementing the necessary tactics to grow sales revenue. You will also be required to work with the pre-sales, and marketing team whenever a customer needs customized products or services. This position will report to the Head of Business in the company
Business development and presales with company product
Engaging new enterprise customers and finding new business opportunities.
Generate and develop sales pipeline opportunities.
Bring the new customer on board and maintain relationships, especially in the Corporate, Hotel, Hospital, Government, and Long-Term Care market
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts/territories
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in an assigned customer account.
Manage the day-to-day aspects of the cooperation and commercial coordination with customers.
Develop eco partners and relationship management
Coordinate with other company teams such as the support team, marketing team, and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations
Salary: $65K to $90K per year DOE
A bachelor’s or master’s degree
5 years of experience in B2B sales
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing in a B2B sales environment of Corporate, Hospitality, healthcare industry, and Long-term care facilities with a proven track record of success, existing partner relationships
PC proficiency, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal skills; requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people when completing work assignments.
Flexible to travel to partner locations.
Ability to build lasting relationships and working with partners.
Desire to be a continuous learner of company’s products & services.
