Industry-leading products for a competitive edge. Role Overview As an Account Executive, you will sell new business and manage your client portfolio by demonstrating the value of CoStar’s products. This consultative role involves building relationships, engaging new clients, and managing the entire sales cycle. Key Responsibilities Sell New Business:

Identify opportunities and promote our product to the commercial real estate industry and beyond. Account Management:

Manage and grow your client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and expansion. Develop Expertise:

Become knowledgeable about CoStar’s products and the commercial real estate market. End-to-End Sales Process:

Prospect, demonstrate, close, onboard, train, and renew clients. Build Relationships:

Conduct meetings and demos with brokers, owners, investors, and other professionals. Brand Representation:

Attend industry events and develop a professional network. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Experience in client management and post-sale service. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of outside sales experience in data, research, analytics, or related fields, preferably in commercial real estate. Strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Interest and knowledge in commercial real estate market.
