Job Overview : Logicpath, our Forecasting and Analytics division, is seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Sales, Client Services & Partnerships to join our senior leadership team. This role is responsible for leading all revenue growth, client success, and strategic partnerships across the business. Reporting directly to the EVP of Sales & Marketing, the VP will run Logicpath’s go-to-market engine—partnering closely with IT and Operations to effectively oversee half of the company’s business functions. This leader will serve as both a strategic architect and a hands-on operator, building scalable processes, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring our AI-driven forecasting and supply chain solutions deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all revenue-generating abilities for LogicPath Sales, Client Services, Partnerships, Renewals, and Expansion. Cross-collaborate internal functions for planning, forecasting, and reporting to ensure precision in projections and accountability of revenue commitments. Manage Revenue Operations (RevOps) strategy, optimizing Salesforce architecture, dashboards, reporting, and pipeline accuracy to ensure alignment and performance across all go-to-market teams. Align resources, budgets, and priorities to deliver sustainable, profitable growth. Create compelling client case studies and thought leadership content that highlight forecasting expertise and delivering actionable business insights. Own key revenue KPIs, including ARR, MRR, retention, and churn, to drive sustainable growth and performance. Develop strategies to maximize retention, prevent churn, and identify upsell opportunities. Guide a high-performing sales and client services team through pipeline management and deal execution with clear quarterly scorecards. Oversee the full client lifecycle from implementation through renewal and expansion. Lead and negotiate all renewal sales cycles and complex contract agreements, including redlining and managing legal and business risks. Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and measurable client value. Build partner programs that drive referrals, co-marketing, and co-selling opportunities. Design scalable sales processes that align with the buyer journey and accelerate conversions. Develop systems, playbooks, and enablement content to track and improve client success outcomes while enhancing sales execution and client engagement. Champion cultural transformation, change management, and continuous improvement. Represent Logicpath at industry events, forums, and partner networks. Collaborate with marketing on integrated campaigns and lead generation initiatives. Primary Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is desired. Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience with B2B SaaS, fintech, AI, or supply chain technology. Consultative sales experience in the financial, banking, supply chain, or service sector. Proven success driving multimillion-dollar growth across sales, renewals, partnerships, and client success. Executive presence with exceptional leadership and change management skills. Certifications in consultative selling or client experience methodologies are a plus. Individual Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of forecasting, analytics, and technology-driven business insight. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, while aligning sales initiatives with business goals. Expertise in contract negotiation, legal redlining, and structuring complex deals. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels in the organization and external business contacts. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, RevOps, and other related software. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality. Benefits
