Drive new business development and manage existing wholesale broker relationships. Serve as a strategic partner and problem-solver for brokers to guide deals through to closing. Support Dominion’s continued growth through market development and strong client relationship management. In This Role You Will
Own and grow the Wholesale mortgage sales in your market, focusing on high impact non-QM products. Achieve and exceed monthly loan production targets in the non-QM space. Exceed monthly loan production goals—starting with a $2.5MM minimum. Bring in new business through outreach, networking, and referrals, then onboard and convert those relationships into long-term success stories. Collaborate closely with internal teams to move loans efficiently from submission to closing. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A hunter mentality with 3–4 years of success in non-QM wholesale lending, and 5+ years in the mortgage industry overall. A track record of building strong broker relationships and consistently exceeding production targets. Deep knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines, compliance, and market dynamics. Confidence navigating tools like Salesforce, Encompass, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, hustle, and the kind of charisma that earns trust fast. Benefits
