Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a mortgage originator for single-family real estate, specializing in short-term bridge loans for fix-and-flip investors and long-term rental loans for landlords expanding their portfolios. DFS is thriving in a competitive mortgage landscape with steady quarterly growth and an origination volume of $70MM per month. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Executive - Commercial to join our team and help expand our broker business with our DSCR and Bridge products. Responsibilities
Lead the expansion of our broker network in key markets, using relationship-building skills and sales strategy to grow the business. Develop and energize new broker partnerships while strengthening and deepening existing connections. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive company growth and contribute fresh energy and innovative ideas. Act as the face of our non-QM lending solutions, generating enthusiasm and expanding our reach in targeted markets. Close $5MM+ in monthly volume by partnering creatively with brokers to deliver win-win deals. Attract and onboard new brokers while providing world-class experiences for existing relationships. Share insights and influence outcomes across departments in a results-oriented environment. Contribute to company success by celebrating wins and participating in company-wide initiatives. Requirements
3-4 years of successful broker business expansion with non-QM products and 5+ years in the mortgage industry, demonstrated by a proven track record. Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred; drive, results, and relationship-building experience are essential. Entrepreneurial spirit; self-starter with a passion for building networks and seizing opportunities. Proven expertise in non-QM products, lending regulations, and industry best practices; ability to be a go-to resource for partners. Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire action at all levels. Self-managed scheduling and pipeline maintenance with a track record of exceeding expectations in a flexible, remote work environment. Benefits
