Coordinate, communicate and collaborate with fellow engineering staff, both departmentally and across disciplines, local municipalities, contractors, and land development clients Manage projects for consistency with established processes, schedules, budgets, design standards, and specifications to ensure a quality project is delivered on time and on budget Develop and manage client relationships in the Residential and Commercial markets Work with senior management to develop strategies to increase market share in the MN market Lead, mentor and advance junior staff Grow and maintain strong client and staff relationships Qualifications
4+ years of relevant Land Development design or construction management Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Minnesota Self-motivated with ability to apply engineering knowledge to a variety of projects and work collaboratively with peers Strong working technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices Strong project management skills are preferred Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D Proficiency with ICPR and stormwater modeling Benefits

The base pay for this position is expected to be in the range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
