Job Duties Supervise the operations of the Windom Construction Office by coordinating with the Assistant District Engineer for Construction and working with the Project Engineers in the assignment of personnel and equipment so that construction projects can be inspected and documented properly and design projects can be completed on time.

Minimum Qualifications

Licensure as a professional Civil Engineer with the Minnesota Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience, and Interior Design (AELSLAGID). If licensure through Comity, a temporary permit from AELSLAGID must be provided to MnDOT HR prior to starting employment.

Three (3) years of post-registration engineering experience at the Engineer Senior level (or equivalent) that demonstrates a thorough knowledge of all phases of program delivery including scoping, pre-design, final design and construction.

Demonstrated knowledge of MnDOT standards and federal, state and local laws, regulations, policies and codes as they relate to transportation system planning, design, construction, maintenance and operation.

Experience managing large projects and budgets.
