Under general supervision, performs waived, moderate, and high complexity testing; evaluates test results; performs and evaluates quality control procedures; performs preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting. Provides laboratory services in a timely manner and consistently delivers excellent customer service. Serves as a technical resource for customers and other staff. Adheres to all safety policies. Performs other related CLS functions as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's Degree in scientific related field; and/or equivalent combination of experience/training.

Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS).

Applicable clinical laboratory experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with SoftLab LIS and Epic. Experience with the following automated instrumentation Iris IChem/IQ, GEM4000, TEG, and Roche Cobas. Generalist skills - Hematology / Chemistry Hospital Experience. Hematology Analyzer -Sysmex, ACL Top. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime and at various locations as necessary in accordance with operational needs. Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical. Annual Full Pay Range: $98,846 - $130,563 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $47.34 - $62.53 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
