Senior Consultant, SAP Signavio Professional Services – SAP Signavio is recruiting for a Senior SAP Consultant to support the delivery/implementation of SAP Signavio Process Intelligence. The successful candidate will work with business and technical stakeholders to implement process mining use cases and generate insights/recommendations from Process Intelligence. We are looking for someone with an extensive background in analytics and ETL topics to join a global delivery team. The role involves collaborating with clients to deploy Signavio solutions and deliver professional services within contracted terms and scope, including product configuration, enablement workshops, data connections, value investigations, analytics visualizations, KPI dashboards, and formal read-outs with customers. Professional Qualifications And Work Experience Technical Skills: Data Mining, Business Process Mapping and Analytics; 2+ years in IT-related Business Consulting or Senior Professional Services Delivery. Ideally, experienced in process mining with Big Data, BI/Analytics, Process Mining, or rRPA projects for multiple clients across geographies. Experience with SAP ERP (S4, ECC) Processes, Integrations and Reporting. Technical Skills: Data Mining, Data Extraction and Transformation, Business Process Mapping, Analytics and Data Visualization. Experience in Business Intelligence, Value Realization and Data Mining/Integration. Complimentary skills include Process Modelling, Enterprise Architecture Documentation, BPMN Consulting. Business Advisory Skills: Experience delivering findings to stakeholders including top management, and building a knowledge base for customer enablement to ensure successful rollouts. Experience within a global consulting team (e.g. SAP CS&S or Partner). Degree in Information Technology or related field (e.g., engineering, computer science). Process Automation Experience (> 2 years) would be valuable. Responsibilities Of Role Work closely with clients to deploy SAP Signavio solutions (Process Manager, Process Governance, Process Intelligence). Deliver Professional Services within contracted terms and scope: Signavio product configuration, enablement workshops, data connections, value investigations, analytics visualizations, KPI dashboards, and formal read-outs with findings and recommendations. Support SAP customers and their SAP Partners Signavio Product Adoption journey and resolve technical challenges that slow adoption and results. Serve as the SAP Signavio Subject Matter Expert (SME) on contract. Provide technical consulting expertise and best practices for:

System and data integration between client systems and Signavio (Custom Data Connectors) Customization of Signavio, including PI Script modification BPM content migration from other BPM tools to Signavio

Analyze technical requirements, provide solution options, and implement/deploy those solutions. Prioritize meeting customer goals on time and within budget. Collaborate with engineers and consulting teammates on product improvements/methodologies. Share knowledge and be an active team player to contribute to company objectives. Valuable, Complimentary Skills Strong analytical and communication skills. Some programming or scripting experience (Python/JavaScript/Java or SQL). Knowledge of REST APIs; software architecture and cloud infrastructure concepts. Experience with various database systems, data consumption and mining. Familiarity with process modeling standards, ideally BPMN 2.0. Fluent in English; Spanish and Portuguese also valued. Compensation Range Transparency : SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and incentive target for the career level applicable to the role. The targeted range for this position is 92,100 – 208,500 USD. The actual amount will be within the range based on education, skills, experience, scope, and location.
