Overview
Our Nuclear Services Group is looking to hire a Mechanical Engineering Manager. In this role, your leadership will drive project success and help achieve overall business goals. This position can be located in one of the following locations: Lake Mary, FL FT Worth, TX Chattanooga, TN San Luis Obispo, CA Glendale, AZ Birmingham, AL Palm Beach Gardens, FL Naperville, IL Kennewick, WA Responsibilities
Leadership & Motivation: Lead teams with a positive attitude to achieve project goals aligned with ENERCON\'s excellence standards Collaboration & Coordination: Interface with clients to ensure quality and deadlines on design projects Communication: Lead various internal engineering disciplines and delegate project roles Design & Estimating: Prepare design studies, scopes, and engineering estimates Procurement & Specifications: Develop mechanical system procurement specs, evaluate bids, and select equipment Technical Expertise: Perform structural design and calculations to solve complex technical problems Field Engagement: Travel for walkdowns, field installations, and start-up Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university, or equivalent work and training in a related role Minimum of 6 years of design engineering experience with 2 years of leadership Professional Engineering license Writing, presentation and communication skills Proficient in Word and Excel About ENERCON
