Role Description: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including prospect outreach and lead generation. Strengthen Nexsignia’s brand identity through targeted marketing efforts and consistent messaging. Design and implement marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms. Guide the company’s sales and marketing approach, aligning tactics with business objectives. Generate and nurture new B2B leads through strategic outreach and follow-up. Create clear, concise marketing collateral and sales presentations tailored to client needs. Assist in drafting proposals and supporting documentation for project opportunities. Support the development of social media content and advertising initiatives aligned with the brand. Qualifications: Communication and Customer Service skills. Sales and Training experience. Sales & Marketing knowledge. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in sales or marketing roles. Proven experience in marketing, sales, or client relationship roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, and CRM platforms. A professional, collaborative mindset with attention to confidentiality. Highly organized, reliable, and responsive to customer needs. Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership. Strong communication skills with a clear, professional style. Seniority level
