Sales Executive - Commercial Fire Alarm Systems Location:

75% traveling sales executive role – sell commercial fire alarm systems; Territory: Houston to Beaumont. Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies focused on fire alarm systems with a value of $500K and above. Establish and maintain relationships with prospects, general contractors, electrical contractors, and end users. Qualify opportunities and generate leads through sales calls, networking, marketing follow-up, and industry events. Present product solutions through proposals, presentations, and financial justifications. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and service satisfaction. Maintain accurate territory records and sales forecasting metrics. Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and customer events to grow brand awareness and pipeline. Manage existing accounts and ensure ongoing customer engagement and satisfaction. Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in complex Fire Alarm Systems (>$500K project size). At least 3 years of experience in construction sales. Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships. High self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams. Familiarity with relevant licensing and code requirements. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Simplex fire alarm systems. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft/Oracle software tools. About INSPYR Solutions
