What you will be doing and the scope of impact includes leading engineers on electrical projects, performing electrical system analysis, and contributing to design and modeling across campus distributions and building low voltage systems, with potential exposure to European voltage standards. Responsibilities

Lead engineers on a variety of electrical projects Electrical system analysis including load flow, short circuit, arc flash studies, and engineering of microgrids (distributed generation) Studies and system modeling for battery storage energy systems and photovoltaic electrical systems Electrical design in accordance with the NEC, including power to medium and low voltage distribution systems, mechanical building systems, and lighting systems Work includes campus distribution and building low voltage systems, and potentially European voltage systems and standards Serve as a technical liaison with clients on project and technical efforts Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) Registration, or ability to obtain in 1 year 8-15 years experience in medium and low voltage electrical systems Proficiency with ETAP, SKM, or Easypower Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project and industry needs Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Industrial, distributed generation, federal experience; Department of Defense (military) AGI or Visual Lighting, and AutoCAD/Revit Stanley’s Approach to Flexibility

Stanley offers a hybrid schedule for eligible positions consisting of two days a week in the office, two days a week remotely, and Friday being a flexible day. Eligible roles can also offer a compressed workweek schedule. Members who participate will be assigned a 9/80 work schedule, meaning every other Friday off. What we offer
