Position Summary
We are seeking a
Pre-Sales Specialist
with strong experience in data analytics solutions and a results-driven mindset. This role will support the commercial team in designing value-based proposals, delivering technical presentations, and conducting demos to showcase the potential of our analytics and business intelligence (BI) solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Gather and analyze client requirements for analytics projects. Design and present technical proposals aligned with business needs. Conduct demos of analytics tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, or others). Collaborate with the sales team in preparing offers and RFP responses. Gain a deep understanding of all the company's business lines to ensure alignment with overall strategy. Lead and execute pilot projects with the company's technologies, ensuring successful validation with clients. Deliver client training sessions and knowledge transfer. Stay up to date with analytics and digital transformation trends. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one analytics tool (Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Qlik, etc.). Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written). Strong goal-oriented and results-driven profile. Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Project Manager certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar) is a plus. Minimum of 2 years' experience in pre-sales or consulting roles in analytics solutions. Experience as an instructor or trainer is desirable. Own transportation and availability to travel within the assigned area (mobility allowance will be considered a plus).
