Our Client Is Seeking a Dynamic Account Executive To Expand Infusion Therapy Services Across San Diego. You’ll Be Selling Into Specialty Clinics—including GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, And Rheumatology—offering Critical Solutions In IVIG And Infusion Therapy. This Is a Unique Opportunity To Break Into An Elite Market With Strong Long-term Earning Potential And Ownership Incentives. What You’ll Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted medical specialties Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic decision-makers and healthcare professionals Present tailored sales proposals that address the unique needs of each client Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings to position services effectively Collaborate cross-functionally to relay client feedback and support service alignment Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Track pipeline, activities, and forecasts for leadership visibility Continuously educate yourself on trends across GI, Neurology, Dermatology, and Rheumatology What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or related field 3+ years of experience selling IVIG/infusion therapies to specialty clinics Proven record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to travel frequently in the region What’s In It For You: Competitive base + lucrative commission (year 2–3 earning potential: $400–$500K+) Health benefits Vehicle allowance Company laptop & phone Ongoing training and professional development Employee ownership/profit sharing If you’re ready to take ownership of your sales success and make a meaningful impact in the home infusion space, we want to hear from you.
