Summary:
A global food ingredients company is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive growth and build strategic partnerships with regional and emerging restaurant chains, particularly in the QSR and food service segments. This role focuses on securing new business through innovation and collaboration.
Compensation Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with decision-makers at regional QSR and fast casual chains
Identify and secure new accounts through market insights and distributor partnerships
Partner on product performance, promotions, and menu innovation
Collaborate with distributor sales teams to maximize market coverage
Create and execute annual growth strategies and support promotional programs
Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance tracking across accounts
Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
Work cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, finance, marketing, and customer service teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience managing complex foodservice or manufacturing accounts
Willingness to travel up to 50%
