As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a people-focused leader to help guide our team into the future. We’re seeking a Vice President of Human Resources who will bring both heart and strategy to our leadership team—someone who values people and understands that our success starts with a strong, supported workforce. About the Role
The Vice President of Human Resources will lead all aspects of our HR function, from talent strategy and employee engagement to compliance and organizational development. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance the human side of HR with solid business acumen. You’ll partner closely with company leaders to shape a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture that reflects our core values. What You’ll Do
Develop and implement HR strategies that support our business goals and uphold our company values. Partner with leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent across all levels of the organization. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and leadership development. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws. Lead with empathy and integrity, serving as a trusted advisor to both leaders and employees. Promote a culture of respect, safety, and teamwork. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A genuine interest in people, culture, and helping teams grow. Experience in distribution, food, or manufacturing industries is a plus. Why Join Us
