As The Key Account Specialist, You Will

Influence decision makers and influencers within the assigned customer base to support the use of the company’s products in relevant disease states by developing clinical and business expertise and effective selling skills.

Execute local marketing strategies, leverage resources, and collaborate with team members to enhance business results and customer loyalty by identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision makers at the local level.

Achieve sales goals for Immunology Dermatology & Psoriatic business by delivering market share growth and other key metrics within the assigned geography, using discretion to execute the brand strategy and tactics with physicians, hospital staff, and pharmacists.

Gain access to promoted products and sell in targeted teaching institutions and hospitals by establishing mutually beneficial relationships with residents, fellows, attending physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers, coordinating Academic sales strategies with teammates.

Drive product access, acceptance and usage in targeted Academic accounts; understand processes for IV and subcutaneous products to ensure ease of access and fulfillment.

Create, implement and evaluate strategies to develop Fellows, Residents, and Key Opinion Leaders within assigned institutions.

Develop and evaluate business plans for each assigned institution (e.g., Market Acceleration Plans).

Champion collaboration across the marketplace, internally and externally.

Maintain administrative functions such as call reporting, expense accounting, and effective written and oral communications; represent the company at scientific conventions and during educational programs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Minimum of two (2) years of successful pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience with at least one (1) year of specialty sales experience.

Valid driver’s license issued in one of the United States.

Willing to travel, including weekend and/or overnight travel.

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of Large Account Management.

Understanding of the treatment and patient journey through health systems.

Knowledge of Immunology, Dermatology, Rheumatology, and/or Gastroenterology.

Experience managing complex fulfillment issues.

Prior experience with Management Development courses and project-oriented selling in high-incentive environments; documented successful sales performance.

Benefits and Pay Pay transparency range for this role: $111,000 to $178,250. Eligible to participate in company-sponsored benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other plans; eligibility for retirement plans and long-term incentive programs. Vacation and time-off benefits are provided as described by company policy.
