Overview
We are seeking a pioneering National Sales Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy for innovative solutions, targeting hyperscale clients. This is a high-impact role for a driven sales leader who thrives in technical environments and can open new doors with clients we haven’t yet reached. You will be instrumental in shaping our national presence and building strategic partnerships in the data center space. Responsibilities
Drive national sales strategy for data center equipment, including battery racks and EV infrastructure. Cultivate relationships with hyperscale data center clients and strategic partners. Represent the company at trade shows and client engagements across the U.S. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align solutions with market needs. Maintain momentum in the sales cycle and ensure client engagement through to close. Serve as a trailblazer in new markets, identifying and developing untapped opportunities. Essential Skills
Proven experience in technical sales within the data center industry. Experience in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred. Familiarity with hyperscale environments and organizations like AWS, Meta, and Google. Strong understanding of switchgear, switchboards, and related infrastructure. Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and influencing high-level stakeholders. Self-starter and a results-driven mindset. Willing to travel extensively and work independently. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of sales experience in a technical or industrial setting. CRM experience (Salesforce preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Menasha, Wisconsin. Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $130K–$150K (flexible based on experience) Bonus potential: 10–25% Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Company-paid Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts 401(k) Retirement & 401(a) Profit Sharing Plans (6% match) Paid Time Off (up to 4 weeks based on experience) Tution Reimbursement Recharge Wellness Program Performance Incentives and Bonuses Workplace Type
