to lead one of our largest divisions—driving revenue, deepening customer relationships, and ensuring seamless execution across the business. As a key member of our senior leadership team, the VP will report directly to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and own full P&L responsibility. you will: Lead commercial strategy and execution to drive top-line growth and market expansion Build and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring alignment with evolving market needs Collaborate with marketing and design teams to launch new offerings and enhance brand visibility Own divisional P&L, sales forecasting, and strategic planning Lead plant operations with a process-focused mindset, prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency Oversee operational KPIs, drive continuous improvement and build scalable SOPs to support growth Represent the company with key customers, at industry events, and during acquisition due diligence. role if you have: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred. 10 years of progressive leadership experience in sales and/or operations, including 5 years at the senior management level Background in the printing or packaging industry (e.g., folding cartons, pressure-sensitive labels, commercial print) preferred Proven success in revenue growth, P&L ownership, and operational optimization Strong communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and build lasting relationships High level of business acumen with a relentless focus on customer success and operational excellence NOTE:
