POSITION SUMMARY: Based in Miami, FL and reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Development, the Product Owner, Product Development will be responsible for translating the product vision into the various briefs, documents and working sessions aligning every stakeholder and partner to ensure that whatever product or experience the Product Owner is assigned is brought to life as an amazing and uniquely Royal Caribbean International vacation product. The Product Owner will run day to day point over the execution of new concepts, experiences, activities, dedicated spaces, and programming for Royal Caribbean International. This person will drive various strategic rollout efforts on new ships, modernization efforts for our existing fleet or private destinations. This role will touch all the elements of the guest experience, from brief, through design and execution ensuring that concepts are brought to life in line with the strategic goals and with a full understanding of feasibility (operational and construction). To be successful, the Product Owner must work collaboratively with other teams including Product Innovation, Operations, Newbuild, Design, Marketing, Digital, Sales, Risk Management and Revenue Management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Product strategy: Provide ongoing support for the strategic direction of the product/experience. Ensure alignment between all stakeholders and partners throughout the product development process. Work with Consumer Insights on ways to bring forward the voice of the consumer and deliver products that resonate with guests. Partner and collaborate closely with key stakeholders from the various departments across the organization to adapt and evolve the strategy as necessary. Product definition: Provide day to day product vision and support for all partners and stakeholders ensuring that the products being created for Royal Caribbean International are viable, feasible and desirable for our guests. Collaborate with brand, Newbuild and all partners to ensure successful delivery. Ensure that concepts are marketable, drive guest satisfaction and ultimately drive revenue. Lead aspects of design and execution to continually enhance our products. Create stories (presentations) outlining the product direction to help partners and stakeholders stay aligned on key priorities. Product delivery: Help partners prioritize to ensure final delivery realizes the strategic vision and guest experience. Communicate changes or priority shifts to cross-functional teams and keep Product Managers informed. Work with operations and design teams on run of show events to showcase programming and ensure alignment with strategy/vision. Create startup plans and training materials to ensure each concept/experience is flawlessly executed. Work with Newbuild and other architectural/design/construction partners to ensure physical products meet brand expectations. Leverage data from Insights & Analytics to inform product development. Product standards: Maintain and share the Royal Caribbean International “experience DNA” to ensure consistency across products and teams. Share experience guidelines so that Creative Agencies, Operations and Newbuild teams have the information to design and build venues that deliver the guest experience. Product roadmap: Collaborate with the Project Management Office and Newbuild to track gates, milestones, goals and timelines to meet design quality standards and deliver the intended product. Manage to short and long-term goals along complex timelines and deliverables. Knowledge and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of creative thinking and executional skills, able to problem solve in the moment with creative solutions that keep everyone focused on the vision. Experience driving teams through the development of physical products and experiences, with an understanding of how to bring consumer-centric solutions to market. Understanding of consumer technology trends (mobile devices, wearables, VR, etc.). Experience developing products grounded in strategies driven by consumer insights. Ability to effectively communicate across a large ecosystem of partners and builders spanning product definition, design and construction. Exceptional verbal and written communication and project/program leadership skills, including the ability to communicate effectively to executive levels. Ability to assemble, lead and influence cross-functional teams to execute against a vision. Ability to craft and tell a compelling story for partners and collaborators. Ability to document and package detailed operational requirements and experiences. Results oriented: proven ability to collaborate and achieve actionable results through others, build strong relationships, and drive ideas into action. Obsessive attention to detail and follow-through. Qualifications and Education

Minimum 3-5 years in a product, design or similar role developing consumer experiences. Experience bringing high-quality products to market. Past experience working with Architects/Designers/Creative & Innovation Consultants a plus. Past experience in the travel industry a plus. Financial/Quantitative Responsibilities

Responsible for brand oversight and execution of the product vision for the creation of various products and experiences, each of which can be in excess of millions of dollars spanning multiple years of development. Physical Requirements
